1. 2-Day Complimentary Demo Class (Zero Financial Risk)

To ensure 100% confidence in your learning path, iStepUp EduTech Academy provides every prospective student with a Free 2-Day Demo Class.

During this trial, students attend live mentor lectures, inspect our modern computer lab setup at Anand Gold Coin Building, Baramati, and review the detailed curriculum without any upfront course fee obligation. Admission fees are requested only after the student is thoroughly satisfied with the teaching quality.

2. Course Fee Cancellation Guidelines

If a student who has paid the course admission fee wishes to cancel their admission, the following terms apply:

• Prior to Batch Start Date: If a formal written cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before the official batch orientation date, a full refund of the tuition fee will be approved, minus an administrative registration processing fee of up to ₹500 or gateway bank charges.
• Within the First 3 Calendar Days of Batch Commencement: If a cancellation is requested within the initial 3 days of batch start, 70% of the tuition fee paid is refundable.
• After 3 Days or Commercial Project Allocation: Once training has advanced beyond 3 sessions, proprietary code repository access has been granted, or live commercial client project modules have been assigned, the course fee becomes non-refundable due to batch seat reservation limits and mentor scheduling.

3. Refund Processing Window & Mode of Payment

All approved refunds are strictly processed through the original payment method used during the transaction (via Razorpay, PayU, Bank Account / UPI, or Debit/Credit Card) in compliance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and payment gateway regulations:

4. Batch Pause & Rescheduling Alternative

In the event of unforeseen personal emergencies, medical grounds, or college semester exams, students are not required to cancel their admission and forfeit fees.
