Shipping & Course Delivery Policy
iStepUp EduTech Academy Baramati primarily delivers educational services, lab-based software training, and digital course access. This policy clarifies the delivery mechanisms, timelines, and certificate handovers.
1. Nature of Services (No Physical Shipping)
As an educational technology training academy, our offerings consist of classroom and blended training, software lab workstations, commercial live project development, and digital learning assets.
Consequently, there are no physical parcels or shipping freight fees involved for course enrollments. All educational materials, source codes, and development environments are provided digitally or on-site at our Baramati campus.

3. Course Completion Diploma & Certificate Delivery
Upon successful completion of coursework, submission of the commercial live client project, and clearance of internal mock evaluation:
- Digital Verifiable Certificate: Uploaded to our online verification portal (istepup.in/verify-certificate) with a unique QR code and Certificate Serial Number within 3 working days.
- Hardcopy Printed Diploma: Awarded in person at our Baramati campus during the official batch graduation ceremony. For outstation or remote students, hardcopies can be dispatched via registered Speed Post / DTDC courier to their verified residential address.
4. Technical Assistance & Access Issues
If a student experiences any delay in receiving their fee confirmation receipt, batch schedule, or lab repository credentials after making a payment, our support team resolves issues within 4 business hours.
